How many people can fit in the property?
We can accomadate up to 2 adults, there are day beds in the lounge that can accommodate children or friends and no extra charge maximum is 4.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes, your airport transfer to the property is included. Departure transfers are at your own expense. Please send us your fight details after confirmation and we will arrange.
Do you arrange tours and sight seeing, can we buy tickets to the Angkor temples?
Yes, we refer all our guests to Beyond Unique Escapes, a local operator who provide an excellent service. We know them personally. Please check the ''Services'' page for options.

What about a discount for extended stays?
Yes, please check on the listing we have discounted prices for 1 week and 1 month. These change with seasonal demand.
The price quoted on the listing does not match with the final price?
Yes, certain days are blocked due to demand and the price is higher, also the reverse is true there are also promotion days, which lowers the price.
Refunds, I want my money back and my plans have changed!
We have a strict refund policy and advise you read the policy carefully on the listing. All refunds are processed through AirBNB. Please be aware we pay a service fee and do not receive the cash from your booking for up to one month.
I see you have a plunge bath in the house, is this true?
Yes we do, please be aware it is BIG and can easily fit 2 people. This takes at least 1.5 hours to fill. Please allow for this if you are planning a romantic evening.
How do I get around what transport is available?
We recommend you use the driver who picks you up from the airport. They are excellent and have a good level of English. They will not bring you to tourist traps, they also know the house location, using other drivers you will get lost. Please ask your driver to pick you up and drop you off or wait for you if needed.
We only recommend responsible operators. Always agree a price before your transfers and tours. One dollar per person is a good guideline for around town. Airport Transfers up to 7 USD flat rate.
Walking – how far is it to the city center?
It is 15 minutes along the river. We recommend using your driver – it’s hot!
What about shops where can I buy stuff?
There are many shops in the local area just walk around the neighborhood and interact with the friendly locals. Alternatively ask your driver and he will bring you to a local supermarket. Please also check the MAP.
Can I smoke inside the house?
No, outside please, there is a smoking area with ashtrays.
Can I bring pets on the property?
No, we do not have facilities for this.
What is your interaction level?
We are quite private people and work full time and will not always be around. We try our best to meet every guest on arrival sometimes this is not possible.
Will you be in living in the property, how will I contact you?
No, we live in an apartment above the property is yours and private. Please contact us using messenger application provided. Please respect our apartment as private.
What about the local currency?
Cambodia uses US Dollars and the local Reil. Expect to get your change in Reil this is normal. If you need an ATM ask your driver.
Power Black Outs, I hear there are many in Cambodia?
They happen from time to time. Please do not panic the power usually comes back after no more than 20 minutes. Candles are provided.
